Cancellation/Rescheduling of Reservations through Hotel Reservation/Sales :

Cancellation made two weeks before the Arrival date, will be administered:

- Rp.200.000 per room per night.
- Rp.400.000 per bungalow/cottage/villa per night

Refund will not be granted for cancellation made within two weeks before the Arrival date.

Cancellation/Rescheduling of Reservations through Hotel WEB BOOKING :

All booking transactions are final, non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
